It's a good site, and I didn't want him to panic, when he saw the page in Finnish, and leave before he saw the English link. Last time, you did use
the direct link to the English section, so I knew to look for it, I
just didn't know if he would. ;-)

There's much to be enjoyed there, and I look forward to seeing how it
developes in the future. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, heartwarming :)

My idea of the Linux part was (and is): What does a beginner run into when starting to use Linux? What is it that he or she wants to do with Linux in the first place?

Reading these groups and somewhat trying to contribute here gives all the questions and answers. Then I just put it together.

Also, as you said in another post, here are people with language skills.

Not everybody is skilled in languages, and small countries like ours have smaller user base = less answers.

Still, Finland is, all in all, the home land of Linux and Linus Torvalds.

This just makes me write double the amount of text because I'm trying to make all the howtos in both languages.

Motorcycling has helped me a lot in this, I broke my collar bone on a trackday, so I'm on sick leave. Paid for by the insurance.

I'm working on the next subject on the site, should be there by tomorrow 8-)
