Which "Terminal Screen" would that be?
Konsole, xterm, rxterm, wterm, ...
For konsole look in Settings::Font
For e.g. xterm change your .Xresources file to include e.g.:
Xterm*font: -*-*-medium-r-normal-*-12-*-*-*-m-*-iso8859-15
See the man pages for other Xterminals for their Xresource entries.
