1) If you are already root, you do not need suso,
2) rpm -Uvh filename.rpm is NOT the same as rpm-UVH"blabblaFilename".rpm

The easiest I think is to move the rpm file to a subdirectory in
/usr/src/packages/RPMS. The filename should clearly state what
subdirectory it should go in. Otherwise just put it in 'other'.

Next run `createrepo /usr/src/packages/RPMS` and you will be able to
install with YaST.
