OK, I am at home now, and added that additional line ("connectedmonitor"
"lcd,lcd") and it's all peachy now. Oddly enough I didn't have to add
that line in Mandrake, and I didn't have to add some of the Mandrake
config info into Suse, but I'm happy regardless. It also fixed a problem
I was having with crappy little fonts I couldn't read, and I can now
change video modes ala the metamodes, which I couldn't do under Mandrake.
