Was it a CD or DVD? In any case add the installation sources:
http://www.opensuse.org/Additional_YaST_Package_Repositories Add the
ones in 1.1 (Also add Packman and SUSE)
Do you do this as user or as root? Normaly this stuff needs to be done
as user.
