SuSE 10.0 Gnome vrs KDE

I am currently using SuSE 10.0 and my desktop is KDE. I would like to try Gnome. I think I see in Yast2 that I can install Gnome. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? If so any tips I should know before I begin this.

TIA
