OK but I have no idea where I got Amorak lastest version from now. If
I uninstall it then just use the Packman Server to get that version,
will that work?

Same here its only audio playback in Amorak.

I set it to Xine, did not cure the problem but I may have the wrong
version of Amorak installed according to the next reply in the thread.

I will have a look for something, I don't really need a mixer at all I
just need line level 2 channel sound but right now I would take
anything at 1V rms and process it off the PC
