You guys should just CALM DOWN.
Bottom=posting is not universal. On most windows news groups, top-posting is the norm, but if anyone bottom-posts, no one cares.
Just because some techno-fascist decreed that unix news-posters MUST bottom-post does not mean that everyone has to obey.

Just out of curiosity do you guys really KF people for top posting?
I will not KF anyone for making a mistake *once*. However, in contravention of Netiquette most top-posters become abusive and assert their {Deity}-given right to ignore the accepted practice in a newsgroup.
My experience of such people over the last dozen or so years has been that in general, if they cannot be bothered to observe Netiquette, they often cannot be bothered either to contribute anything worthwhile.
I will normally respond to a genuine enquiry regarding top-posting, often quoting or pointing to the reasons not to top-post given at http://www.plainfaqs.org/linux/toppostingI know its annoying but seems a bit on the extreme side.
I am not paid to read Usenet, nor am I paid to offer what little help I can contribute. I see no reason to be forced to plough through the disarranged rantings of arrogant top-posters when there are plenty of other posts in the newsgroup.
