Check your versions for glib2 and gtk2. According to the thread, somebody at SuSE mixed the build version for those two. Make sure you read the next message by thread.

Heh. It's not my machine, so it's game for me. I'm not a coder, but over the years I've built lots of things I probably should not have, and I'm learning how to parse errors, and how to find solutions.
