As someone else has pointed out, that should be /usr/sbin not /usr/bin
All these deamons in SUSE start with 'rc' and are symlinked. Thsi means
you do not need to know if they are in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin,
/whatever/java/bin/. Just do `rcpowersaved start` as root and you are
done. Others are e.g. rcfetchmail and rcapache2. Type `rc[TAB][TAB]` to
see the others
