The weird part is it works great back in the 9.1 version, still have one box running 9.1 here. Mine crashes when you try to do a drag and drop. The panel problem is corrected by unchecking the show system tray icon database daemon in Sitemanager>Kbear Sitemanager>. I personally have turned in a bug report with KDE as several others have too.
