Ok, then please refer to the tutorial averybody in this group has. e.g.
if somebody asks how to burn an iso do it like this:

Open susehelp (the lifedaver), go to SUSE Linux Documentation, Refernce,
Multimedia, K3b, chapter 9.4 (in SUSE 10.0) where it is explained.

Part of the job of a well written tutorial is to teach you the language of
the subject, some do it so well that the person reading them doesn't even
realise he is learning a new language, he simply starts using it.

That manual will be integrated into the wiki, so people can add to it as
well.

The best is to at least browse through the susehelp and see whatit is
all about. For sure one will be amazed about the information already
there.
