know that it is illegal, the next time you buy it, it WILL be guilty of
receiving stolen goods. How much this will be punished for depends on
your politiciaans.

How do I know if others like Barnes & Nobles, Amazon, Books-A-Million and
others have permission to sell and distribute the books that they do?

Easy, ask them.

Do I need to do a criminal background check on everyone I do business with?
Should I have a urinalysis test done on them to be sure they are not using
drugs before I do business with them?

If you see offers like these, you should be wary. Look at it this way:
you know that SUSE sells CD's and DVD's and wants to make money. Selling
the OSS stuff is no problem. Selling non-oss stuff is. Another problem
is the merchandising. The cups and t-shirts they sell.

I apologize for any undue stress I might have placed on anyone who received
what I gave in this offering. I do hereby promise to each and everyone of
you that I will never do this again.

Why appogogize when you have brought something to our attention and now
we at least inform the companies involved.
