You got me worried. What is not good about the suse mirror on kernel.org?
I use it all the time, as it is by far the closest mirror for me.
I heard a lot of complaints about it not being complete. Perhaps it has
improved. That aside from the fact that the webpage is intended for
Dutch and Belgian readers.
In general the US mirrors are of a lesser quality, mostly because there
are just not enough of them.
