1) There is no OSS DVD. There only is a OSS+NON-OSS DVD and that is
called SUSE Linux. So you need to read it like does:
What type of ISO is there? And then you read from left to right. There
is a DVD5 that contains the X86 branch, with OSS, with non-OSS and is
available as: Download.
"Evaluation-DVD" on the other hand is a name that is given to a product.
It could have been called puppy-dvd or luser-disk-dvd.
Also look at the table just below it with 'Installation Source' where
there is one that contains OSS, one that contains non-OSS and one that
contains both. The ones that contain neither are not listed here.

2) Yes the naming is confusing and will be changed with 10.1 as then
there will be no SUSE OSS anymore, Just SUSE Linux.

The two pages do not contain the same information. The "Media Layout"
talks strangely about the layout of the different media types. The
"Download" talks about confusingly what you can download. The
information is overlapping, but not identical.

At least we agree it IS confusing...
