Time SERVER needed

I would like to setup a NTP SERVER (not just client) on a laptop with SUSE
10.0.

The idea is to sync all machines from a stand-alone network with this
laptop. The exact time is not very important, just that they would all be
the same.

But by putting it on the laptop, it can get the time from a real NTP when
it's connected to the Net.

Anyone usefull hints for a quick and simple setup ?
