Alright, here it goes:
dhcppc1:/home/marc/SUSE101 # applydeltaiso SUSE-Linux-10.1-RC1-i386-CD1.iso SUSE-Linux-10.1-RC1_RC3-i386-CD1.delta.iso /home/marc/SUSE-Linux-10.1-RC3-i386-CD1.iso
Output:
reading 205078267 bytes from old iso...fread: Success
First there is no need to put the /home/marc/ in fromt of it. Try it
without that. That is how I do it. Could be that that causes a problem.
I doubt it, but you never know.
Next test the MD5SUM of all files.
I tried both with and without the /home/marc/ in front of the new iso command, which makes no difference to the result. Checked md5sum of the delta iso's as well. Will check md5sums of the RC1 iso's later, but as installation of RC1 went very smooth, I suspect they will be OK as well.
