It will be released when it is ready.
RC means Release Candidate. That means that it is almost ready and that
only bugs will be taken out. And perhaps not even all bugs, just show
stoppers.

After a series of RC (now at 3. No idea how many will followm, if any)
there will be a Gold Master (GM). The name comes from the colour of the
disc that was brought to the factory. You know, the CD you burn
yourself. Not sure if this still happens like that or that they use
Internet.

My advice is to wait for a month before installing. As many people will
ignore that advice (me probably) these users will be able to get all the
rough edges out. Most problems will then also have a solution and you
don't have to look for it yourself.

In the meantime, stick with your current version. If it ain't broke,
don't fix it. :-)
