No. This is normal when a company is bought out. All the rest you are
telling is FUD.

If I'm counting well, it seems that 7 out of 8 former Suse executives have left. Since Suse was GPL, why did Novell buy the company then?

Maybe you're not reading this group... There are lots of problems with Suse 10.1, much more than is normally expected from a final release.
