I disagree, you basically said it (SUSE 10.1) wasn't worth a crap or ready
for release.. I have been a S.u.S.E. user since v6.4, I am telling you my
experience and opinion differ from yours...
For the record, the GRT390ZP is 2 years old.. not 'sux'... or 'six'..
I will be happy to drop it on the Dell XPS M170 (3 months old) in my office
if it will make you feel better....
My assistant put it on his M170 the other day without any problem.. But he
is a Linux novice who I have been pressuring to learn Linux as part of his
job requirement.. (Hardly a good indication of the ease to install/use by
having a complete Linux newbie complete it unassisted without issue, is
it?)
