This should make your partition accesible through /media/DOS2. See that
you select a directory that is not yet used. If you have made a NTFS
partition, it is very well possible that you are unable to write to it.
Complain to the maker of NTFS about this and in the meantime use FAT32.
....or use ext2 or ext3 filesystems on the partition you want to access from
windows and install an ext2-filesystems driver under win XP:
http://www.fs-driver.org/. This makes XP able to read and write on a linux
partition. I had no success with NTSF, VFAT is a mess, but this works...!
