In my opinion...
unless you want the nifty Xgl, wireless applet, and some other minor
things. No.

Personally, I bought it to support Novell, but have yet to install it
on a production machine. I'm waiting until the Zenupdater get's the
bugs worked out with updates.

In my opinion, it's not only the updater which is broken, but the complete
package management system.
I installed 10.1 since I was still working with 9.1 which is not supported
anymore for security updates.
In 9.1, it took maybe 2-3 min's to start up the package manager in Yast
(PIII-500 with 512MB RAM), but it took an awfull 10 min's in 10.1 with a
fingerprint of approx 140MB.
Since yesterday, I removed ZEN and I installed smart which is sooo easy to
use.
If I enter a search command with smart, I get a result after 20-25 sec's.
Updating is very easy and fast too.
So, my advise to you is stop waiting and install smart.
To Novell, maybe it is better to build a package handler for Yast around
smart?

Thanks
