bad memory (RAM), video drivers, and a bad power supply.
I checked the ram with 'Mem Test' and it is fine.
I have no extra video drivers installed.
I am starting to begin it has something to do with the power supply
since everything is rather cold in the beginning ( when booting). And
also it is not likely that the CPU is overheating at this stage or?

Looking on problems with overheating like some suggested is pointless here,
as your system stabilize after it gets warm. That you haven't this problem
with earlier OS doesn't mean much, as it could be present, but with
different manifestation that is not so drastic as spontaneous reboot. If
you had some hardware that failed sometimes that might be indication where
to look first.
I would check connectors first (expansion cards, RAM, cables). Disconnect
and reconnect them. I would not touch CPU unless you have ready cooling
gel, preferably silver, and know very well how to reinstall it. Than if
that doesn't change anything, I would use different cards, cables and RAM.
If you want to troubleshoot down to the component, than it will take time,
but you will find out what was the source of the problem.
The problem could be so called "cold solder", but you should find the
component that fails first. For this type of problems is required soldering
experience.
The power supply could be the problem, but as any other computer component
you need one of the same kind that you know as good for the test. Otherwise
replacing it will bring nothing.
