I have Suse 10.1 with these repositories. To add them copy them to a text
file, for example: ./mychannels.txt
And then use this command:
smart channel --add ./mychannels.txt

You can also add the channel like this
smart channel --add http://software.opensuse.org/download/repositories/KDE:/KDE3/SUSE_Linux_10.0/i586

Smart will also read the yum repo directory and ask you if you would like to use them as channels.
