I really like NX. It uses SSH tunneling and compresses the data for X11

So where can that be found? Is that www.nomachine.com?
That realy works well indeed. On your SUSE, you dowload the three RPMs
nxclient-2.0.0-90.i386.rpm
nxnode-2.0.0-93.i386.rpm
nxserver-2.0.0-69.i386.rpm
and install them (I did it with rpm -Uvh *)
It works by default.
Starting and stopping is done with /etc/init.d/nxserver
On the Windows machine you download nxclient-2.0.0-92.exe and run that
installer. Run the rclient.exe and that is about it. :-)
I just seem not to be able to log in again when I logout. I need to
somehow restart the server first.
Oh, screenshot. Windowmaker, running Parallels, running XP, running KDE.

Of course if you are hardcore - you can just use Putty and do it all
from command line.
That is the best way
I played around using Cygwin and Putty together for GUI - pretty neat -
but SLOW. Not nearly as fast NX...
Never could get the hang of Cygwin.Putty I use when I am on location
somewhere. Browse to it and say that I want to run it, instead of
download it.

They say pesticides have been linked to low sperm counts.
In my opinion if you have bugs down there that are so bad
you need to use a pesticide, you're not gonna get laid anyway.
