Linux (SuSE) multimedia center
Hi all...
I really would like a multimedia center hooked up to my new 28"
widescreen tv.
I should play DVD's, DivX's, mp3's and be able to do hard disk recording.
But I also want this multimedia center to act as, router, firewall and
http/ftp server.
Naturally I would like to power it up with Linux.
My problem is to find the proper hardware that I can be sure is
compatible with Linux.
So, has anyone of you done this, and thus give me some suggestions of
where to start? Maybe a link to a good "project".
I stumbled across this housing:

Is there just a slight chance that I'm able to control the "build-in"
display from a linux-box?
TIA
/Esben
