Re: RPM Madness

I tried running Linux but I no longer have it on my system for one simple
reason. I could get very little to install properly. When I got an RPM I
would find out I need something else to get it to run, that needed
something else, that needed something else. .etc 45 minutes later I am
still installing stuff that requires other stuff to run. My question is,
is there a way to find everything a program needs to run at once and
install it at once? If so I will defiantly give Linux another try.
I had to laugh about your post,I am an old fart who helps
a few friends with their computers.
I have put about six women, all in their sixties on to Suse.
I make them all install Smart package manager, using the command
line.
My advice, read this group, and take your time.
