I'm switching from ubuntu to suse (yes, for xgl) and I'd like to ask
how to set up the mtu and prepend the domain name servers in SUSE. I'm
downloading the openSUSE 10.1 right now. I have an ADSL modem and plan
to dhcp it. In ubuntu I used to edit /etc/network/interfaces and
/etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf. What's their equivalents in openSUSE 10.1?
Why do you need to do anything if you are going to use DHCP? I never
edited anything, use DHCP and have an excelent connection.
Just connect and that is it. Otherwise you can still change it using
YaST.
Note that xfl is not in a final stage on 10.1.
