Sure you don't just want to revel in my stupidity?
No, others may have the same symptoms as you. Doing a google groups
search, they would recognise the problem but would not find the answer.
I had exactly the same issue when I first set up a static IP address a few
weeks back, took me 30 minutes to figure it out. Certain members of this
group claimed that it was impossible to take more than 3 minutes to complete
the task, so thanks, my point is proved !

Looking at the time between my first two posts, I did it in 19 minutes
! Not sure if I should be proud of that, a lot more than three mins,
but less than thirty.
