Hmm. I've just tried their latest desktop distro, and it's ***. I gave up on Linux a few years ago when Suse 10 wouldn't run most of my hardware, but this Ubuntu distro is the worst yet. It gets 2 lines into the install and fails, hangs. Hundreds of messages about the same problem at ubuntu's forums. This is beta software, at best.
