Because it is not installed. Just install it, as I said, from either the
ISO's or from an additional repository.
If you are using 10.0
right click on the panel and add a applet. You should see a dictionary
applet.
I don't and that is because of several reasons. Others can tell you why
I don't. :-)
It's neat because if you are a bad speller (like me) you can check
the spelling of a word.
I was the same, untill I changed my attitude. No I am just convinced
everybody else makes errors, except me. :-)
So if you have a source for the applet would let
me know.
