I have 2 boxes...one has winxp on it, the other has SuSE 10.1 and windows
Server 2003 on it. I am wanting to network them via crossover (patch)
cable in order to work on my networking skills. I want to run the xp box
into the SuSE Linux box and get on the internet with both boxes... I have
a linksys router but I don't see the need to use it. What all will I
need, SAMBA? XINE? please let me know if you have done this before. I
would really appreciate it!
The easiest is to use Samba and connect via the router.
Well, obvious the better way would be to reformat the Windows server to
SUSE and use NFS. :-D

Always listen to experts. They'll tell you what can't be done,
and why. Then do it.
