I use a bluetooth adaptor plugged into my usb port for my bluetooth cell
phone so I don't think you should have a problem. Try kmobiletools. Also,
you will probably need to set your mobile phones settings to share files.
Read your owners manual.

Probably it will not matter whether you have bluetooth or not. Just look at
your phones manual and they will most likely tell you how to allow sharing
files with your computer.
