I am running SLED and I don't see a client for terminal server. I looked

100% new. Thanks
There is a ICA client in SLED 10
We don't have Citrix, just a plain TS.
This seems easy enough. I'm installing as I type this. First you'll need
to have these installed:
1.rdesktop
2.tightvnc
3. open-ssh
4. gnome-terminal
All these are available on the cd's and/or the OpenSuSE repository's.
Then download the gnome-rdp-0.2.2.tar.gz package from there web site.
Unpack it into a convenient location. CD to that location and run the
usual:
1. ./configure
2. make
3. su
4. make install
5. ldconfig
6. exit
Then run the program by typing gnome-rdp in a terminal or by right clicking
on the desktop -> Run Command and enter gnome-rdp, or add an icon to your
menu.
If you get stuck on any of these come back and ask again. Also, as many
people would point out and as I just did, you could change #4 above
to 'checkinstall make install' and create an rpm package first. This
requires that you have the package 'checkinstall' installed, which is also
available from the usual places.
O.K. Now I've finished installing it in less than the time it took me to
write this so I'll launch it now.
Launching....
Whoop, there it is....... New session.....Ready for my input even though I'm
not ready for it....
Easy.
