I have a 10.0 installation and am thinking about upgrading to 10.1.
Why? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I still mainly use 10.0 and it
does what it must do.
Upgrades are often driven by lack of patches for a given version.
Once patches are no longer available for a particular version, you
*must* upgrade. Other reasons to upgrade might include a particular
feature, service support, software compatibility, new hardware support,
software parity with another platform....etc.
