Whenever I asked people the question why they want to upgrade, I get
blank stares. As if it were forbidden to upgrade. When I keep asking and
them to explain it to me, they do not know and just upgrade as if they
were Pavlovian dogs. "A new version is out, ring!"
Whenever *I* asked people why they won't upgrade, they answer that "if
it ain't broke, don't fix it." Like you just did. Then I hit 'em back
with why they stopped using TOPS-10.
I thought we were talking upgrading, not stopping. Those are two
different things.

Why did you upgrade from 9 to 10?
