I use Firefox and the chipmark extension. www.chipmark.com

It keeps track of all my bookmarks, and I install it on my laptop, home, and work computers... Really a neat setup. Also - it works on windows and linux - so I don't have to worry which I use. As long as I have Firefox - I am good to go.
