It isn't. Most likely it is a provider issue. Look on google on how to
disable IPv6 and when that works, know that it is a provider issue for
sure.
As I said, I usually disable IPv6 as one of the first things after
installation, since I never use it. I was just so sure that I did it after
installing 10.1, too, that I hadn't even checked :| So PEBKAC, as usual ;)
