Installation OpenSuse 10.1 on a Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo T

Hello,

I'm still trying to install OpenSuse on my PC to reduce the dependece
on Windows.

The whole installation seems to work well. But after the final closing
of the installation, after the point when the Installer changes to pure
text mode again and prints some lines, the screen turns black and
nothing happens anymore.

During another installation attempt, in the "Hardware configuration
menu", I tried to test the screen output with the supposed graphics
card driver (nvidia, which is correct). The effect was the same as the
above mentioned.

Could anyone give me a hint to solve this problem.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards

Marcel
