Hi all,
2 displays (TFT)
ATI with double head type radeon 9550 (rv350 AS)
ATI Driver 8.31.05
Big desktop horizontal setup
Suse 10.1 KDE 3.5.1
Wenn I play a video or look the TV everything is ok so long it play's on
Monitor1 and that the mouse stays on monitor 1.
Wenn the mouse goes on monitor 2 the video shift left into the
application window. Wenn the mouse is completely on the right of monitor
2. The application window is completely dark.
Does anibody know how to avoid this.
Thx
Claude
Now it works fine....
How?
By activating the dual head configuration with the command "aticonfig
--initial=dualhead"
and changing the xorg.conf with vim and NO OTHER KDE STANDARD TOOL
It's important to hold the standard structure of the original created file.
I added the screens sises in the monitor sections and
Option "BlockSignalsOnLock" "on"
Option "KernelModuleParm" "agplock"
Option "VideoOverlay" "on"
Option "no_dri" "no"
Option "PseudoColorVisuals" "off"
Option "StereoSyncEnable" "1"
Option "Stereo" "off"
Option "Capabilities" "0x00000000"
Option "CenterMode" "off"
Option "mtrr" "off"
Option "ForceGenericCPU" "no"
Option "OpenGLOverlay" "off"
Option "no_accel" "no"
Option "UseFastTLS" "0"
Option "UseInternalAGPART" "no"
Option "ScreenOverlap" "0"
in the device sections
I don't know what's important in all those options, I took it back from
an old Xorg file. Without those options the TV don't work
I hope this can help other persons
