In these posts I read that 10.2 would fix problems in 10.1 so I am
wondering what those problems were.
Zen did not work out of the box. Now a 10.1 version is that works out of
the box.
People screamed and yelled, because they were so lazy that doing a
simple YOU to solve the problem was too much. To me it was a mere bug
that was easily solved.
I have installed 10.2 on my x86-64
system and am not happy with the new way that the KDE menu system works
and the things they left out of it. Thinking of going back to 10.1, but
first I would like to know what others thought the problems were.
Why not change the way the menu system works? It is one of tose things
that some people love and others hate, yet everybody can change it to
whatever they desire.
I believe you must left-click and select the old way.
Obviously the best way is not to use KDE or GNOME at all.

But I will accept the rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. I am
free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I
tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free
because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.
