THINK--looked at everything remotely connected to adding, modifying
or
updating software. Do I need to do a total reinstallation of
Linux to change from KDE to Gnome?
Actually, that is the most difficult as well as the most stupid way of
doing it.
Go into Yast / Software Management choose packages and select "All of
Gnome" or whatever option in your (unspecified) version comes closest
to that.
Thanx for judging in no time. Since there where a lot of reactions on
how to do it and reinstalling will cost you only 15 minutes depending on
how you configured mail facilities etc. I think, really just think, it
could have been the easiest way.
Greetzzz Robert
So, then when you decide to go back to KDE you'd reinstall again?
