Turn Off Power Save???

I recently installed OpenSUSE 10.2 (KDE desktop) and really like it
(even the new KDE menu system). However, I cannot seem to be able to disable the power save functions. I want my screen saver to run all of the time, but after 15 minutes the monitor shuts off. I've looked everywhere I know to look and cannot figure out how to turn off the PowerSave feature. I did the following:

Right-click on the desktop -> Configure Desktop and un-checked
everything I could find on the KPowerSave settings.

Went to YAST -> System -> Power Management. I disabled all "suspend"
permissions.

Went to YAST -> System -> System Service (Runlevel) and disabled powersaved and powertweakd.

Still, the monitor shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.
