First, please don't top-post. Second, why tell me? I don't have the
problem. Third, your answer does not pertain to the problem at hand. OP
knows all about Nvidia drivers to gain 3D, but must first get 2D to work,
which it does not. That is the problem at hand.
When the OP posts the information asked for, we'll be able to deal
directly with that problem, based on facts, rather than WAGs.
