Where to edit boot options ?

Hi all,

Since upgrading to 10.2 I am receiving lots of messages as below in the
message log. This is fair enough as I am using a Celeron processor. But what
do I need to edit to be able to add the below boot option ?

Jan 29 20:39:54 syd kernel: powernow: This module only works with AMD K7
CPUs
Jan 29 20:39:54 syd rchal: CPU frequency scaling is not supported by your
processor.
Jan 29 20:39:54 syd rchal: boot with 'CPUFREQ=no' in to avoid this warning.
Jan 29 20:39:54 syd rchal: Cannot load cpufreq governors - No cpufreq driver
available

Cheers
//Clive.
