Any information regarding setup with this Mother board would be most

I hope that somebody can answer you. I always find it hard to search for
new hardware. For me the reason is that I don't buy often enough and
when I do buy something, everything is so much advanced that I have no
idea what stands for what. So about every 4 or 5 years I need to dig in
deep.
Often I have not even a clue what CPU fits into what mobo and why I
should or should not take a specific motherboard or what to select: price
or speed.
e.g. http://www.alternate.nl/html/builder/listing.html?class=cpu when I
ook ate the Socket 775, is the last for 999EUR realy so much better then
the first for 39EUR? Is it worth the pricedifference? Probably not, but
when isn't it. And that is just the CPU. Say I take the Intel Core 2 Duo
E6600 (No idea if that is good or not) I then have the choice between 68
motherbords. And they range from 52EUR to 279EUR
I always feel clueless. :-(
