Perhaps your installation sources are not configured correctly. The package
is on the installation CD which you should have inserted, unless you have
set up another source.
Check if it's installed: rpm -qi kdepim3
If it isn't, try running this (as root): yast2 -i kdepim3
That will install kdepim3 (which contains kontact) and any other required
dependencies.
