On two of our machines (but not all of our machines),
we had to use Yast/ System / Date and Time to
select, and apply, a different Timezone; then use Yast
again to re-apply the correct timezone.

I suspect that /etc/localtime was not updated correctly
on these two machines when the DST patch was applied.
