I have 137, but then I have about 8 terminal programs open. Two firefox
instances. 4 wmbiff (email warning) to keep track of the 20 different
mail-boxes/directories and some more stuff. I could easily cut back, if
I would want to, I just can't be botherd. t is not as if it slows the
machine down in any serios way.
