broken syslinux dependency on 10.2

hello,

<HeadsUp>
1. syslinux is an add on in 10.2

2. its broken without mtools.rpm

you will get the error message that mcopy can't be found.
</HeadsUp>

First time since I started with Linux in 2005 that I had to
take special care to install syslinux.

No worries, the Ubuntu folks are also plagued with the same broken
syslinux.
